Geen meubels bouwen, geen tuin aanleggen, geen leidingwerk, laat staan een compleet huis neerzetten. Maar juist daardoor zagen we iets anders: de mensen die dit wél kunnen, de echte vakmensen , kregen lang niet altijd de waardering die ze verdienen. Vanuit die gedachte is BaanMeesters ontstaan. Mensen die hun baan ' Meester' zijn. Vakmensen die goed zijn in hun werk en een werkgever, salaris en werkomgeving verdienen die daarbij past. Wat begon met z'n tweeën, is inmiddels uitgegroeid naar een team van bijna 50 collega's. Jaarlijks helpen we meer dan 1.000 mensen aan de juiste baan. We hebben gebouwd aan onze organisatie, verschillende specialismen ontwikkeld en meerdere labels opgezet. De Baan Voor ons nieuwste specialisme zoeken we iemand diewil bouwen . Noem de functie hoe je wilt: Vestigingsmanager, Teamlead, Commercieel Teamlead, Operationeel Manager in wording, wij zijn niet zo van de functietitels. Wat voor ons belangrijker is: jij krijgt de kans om samen met een junior collega een compleet nieuwe business op te bouwen. In het begin werk je intensief samen met een ervaren collega en krijg je de ruimte om te leren, keuzes te maken en verantwoordelijkheid te pakken. Uiteindelijk is het doel dat je zelfstandig een team en business runt. We starten klein (2-3 collega's), met de ambitie om binnen 2 à 3 jaar door te groeien naar ongeveer 10 FTE. Wat je gaat doen? - Een junior collega begeleiden, coachen en samen resultaten neerzetten - Sparren met het MT over koers, kansen en groei - Intensief samenwerken met marketing - Bemiddelen van kantoorpersoneel - Vacatures uitzetten en beheren - Budgetten bepalen en bewaken - Een eigen netwerk opbouwen en uitbreiden - Meedenken over proce...
