Je hebt een open houding, weet wat er speelt op de groepen en bent goed zichtbaar op de vestiging. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de GGD-inspecties en zorgt ervoor dat je team op de hoogte is van de ontwikkelingen omtrent pedagogisch-, veiligheid- en hygiënebeleid. Veel voorkomende werkzaamheden van de vestigingsmanager zijn: - Direct aansturen en begeleiden van pedagogisch medewerkers op de groep. Voeren van functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken, bijhouden van personeelsdossiers, voorzitten van team- en groepsvergaderingen; - Personeelsplanning en kleine aanpassingen in kindplanning; - Aanspreekpunt voor ouders en oudercommissie; - Signaleren, analyseren en rapporteren van knelpunten in de uitvoering van het beleid naar leidinggevende en/of directie d.m.v. actieve deelname aan managementoverleg; - Bewaken dat personeel volgens het pedagogisch beleid werkt; - De vestigingsmanager werkt zo nodig mee als pedagogisch medewerker.
