Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Onderhouden en uitbreiden van bestaande klantrelaties; - Actief acquireren van nieuwe klanten in de regio; - Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van jouw team; - Sturen op doelstellingen, resultaten en commerciële groei; - Optimaliseren van werkprocessen en dienstverlening; - Signaleren van kansen in de markt en deze vertalen naar acties; - Ondersteunen bij recruitment- en salesactiviteiten; - Voeren van evaluatie-, coaching- en ontwikkelgesprekken; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van dienstverlening aan klanten en flexcollega's; - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het behalen van de doelstellingen van de vestiging. Als vestigingsmanager ben je zichtbaar aanwezig op de vestiging én in de regio. Je bouwt actief aan relaties en zorgt ervoor dat jouw vestiging het verschil maakt.
