Wij zoeken iemand voor dat laatste. Voor een gerenommeerde bouwgroothandel in Alphen aan den Rijn zoeken we een ervaren Vestigingsmanager die verantwoordelijkheid wil voor het complete plaatje. Commercie. Mensen. En vooral: groei. Je krijgt een vestiging met ongeveer 20 ervaren collega's en behoorlijk wat vrijheid om zelf koers te bepalen. Je maakt je eigen verkoopplan, bouwt verder aan de positie in de regio, coacht jouw team en bent regelmatig bij klanten te vinden. Want een Vestigingsmanager bij een bouwgroothandel die zijn belangrijkste klanten alleen uit een Excel-overzicht kent? Daar geloven ze hier niet zo in. Daar staat een uitstekend pakket tegenover: - startsalaris tussen € 5.000,= en € 5.750,= bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring. - interessante bonusregeling tot maximaal 2 bruto maandsalarissen. - auto van de zaak. - laptop en telefoon. - 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband. - Nog eens 12 ATV-dagen, die je kunt opnemen of gedeeltelijk kunt laten uitbetalen. - personeelskorting op het volledige assortiment, ook bij de bouwmarkten van de organisatie. - veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om jouw vestiging verder te ontwikkelen. En voor een managementfunctie in retail/groothandel bepaald niet onbelangrijk: geen avonden en geen weekenden. Als de deuren dichtgaan, ga jij dus ook gewoon naar huis. Wie is de werkgever? Je gaat werken bij een hecht familiebedrijf dat al ruim een eeuw actief is in de handel in bouwmaterialen. De organisatie heeft een sterke regionale positie en onderscheidt zich door een breed assortiment, vakkennis, persoonlijke service en langdurige relaties met klanten. En dat laatste is belangrijk.
