Als Vestigingsmanager Carrosserie ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de vestiging. Je stuurt jouw team aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde herstellingen en zorgt ervoor dat zowel klanten als medewerkers tevreden zijn. Daarnaast denk je actief mee na over de verdere groei en optimalisatie van de vestiging.

Jouw taken

Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van carrosserieprofessionals.

Je motiveert en coacht medewerkers en stimuleert een positieve werksfeer.

Je waakt over de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en de klanttevredenheid.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele resultaten, P&L en het behalen van de vooropgestelde KPI's.

Je ziet erop toe dat kwaliteitsprocedures en werkinstructies correct worden toegepast.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, medewerkers en interne stakeholders.

Je springt operationeel bij waar nodig en ondersteunt je team tijdens drukke periodes.

Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen en verdere groei van de vestiging.

Om voor deze functie in aanmerking te komen beschik je over:

  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring binnen de carrosseriesector (must).
  • Ervaring als Teamleader, Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke, Vestigingsmanager of een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van medewerkers.
  • Inzicht in operationeel beheer, KPI's en commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Goede administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
