Je houdt overzicht over het team, de klanten en de lokale arbeidsmarkt. Tegelijkertijd werk je zelf actief mee. Je spreekt klanten, denkt mee over personeelsvragen en helpt bij het vinden van geschikte kandidaten. Je werkdag is afwisselend. Je bespreekt bijvoorbeeld de weekdoelen met je collega's en gaat daarna in gesprek met een bedrijf in Zwolle over een mogelijke samenwerking. Op kantoor bekijk je de resultaten, denk je mee over vacatures en ondersteun je collega's bij plaatsingen. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Nieuwe klanten benaderen en bestaande klantrelaties verder uitbouwen - Collega's begeleiden, motiveren en ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling - Kandidaten werven, spreken en koppelen aan passende vacatures - Resultaten bewaken, processen verbeteren en samen met de Regiomanager plannen maken voor verdere groei Zie je kansen in de markt of binnen het team? Dan krijg je als Vestigingsmanager de ruimte om actie te ondernemen. De lijnen zijn kort, waardoor goede ideeën snel uitgevoerd kunnen worden. Over de werkgever Intermediair Uitzendbureau is onderdeel van de IU Groep. We verbinden kandidaten en werkgevers en vinden het belangrijk dat een plaatsing niet alleen vandaag, maar ook op langere termijn goed werkt. In Zwolle werk je vanuit een vestiging onder de Peperbus. De stad en omliggende regio bieden een brede markt met verschillende soorten bedrijven. Jij bouwt het lokale netwerk verder uit en werkt aan de zichtbaarheid van Intermediair Uitzendbureau bij werkgevers.
