Je vertaalt strategie naar concrete acties en werkt actief mee aan het binnenhalen van nieuwe opdrachtgevers. Daarnaast onderhoud en versterk je samen met je collega's bestaande klantrelaties. Met jouw kritische en analytische blik zie je waar groeimogelijkheden liggen en zet je deze om in tastbare resultaten. Je houdt overzicht over de processen binnen de vestiging en neemt het team hierin mee. Door zelf het goede voorbeeld te geven, inspireer en motiveer je collega's in hun dagelijkse werk.
