Onze klanten zijn aanpakkers en jij zorgt dat ze tijd krijgen voor het echte werk. Als Vestigingsmanager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor het succes van jouw vestiging. Je stuurt op resultaat, bouwt een sterk team en zorgt voor een optimale klantreis. Jij combineert leiderschap, ondernemerschap en commercieel inzicht en maakt zo het verschil voor klanten, collega's en de regio. Wat ga je doen? Als Vestigingsmanager geef je leiding aan een enthousiast team en ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de prestaties van jouw vestiging. Jij zorgt dat klanten graag terugkomen én dat de resultaten kloppen. Je: - Stelt een jaarplan op en vertaalt dit naar concrete acties voor jouw team en vestiging. - Stuurt op resultaat, kostenbeheersing en het realiseren van omzet- en margedoelen. - Zorgt voor een uitstekende klantreis, zowel in de vestiging als in het verzorgingsgebied. - Speurt commerciële kansen op in de lokale markt en zet deze om in acties. - Stimuleert de verkoop van producten en diensten, en bouwt klantrelaties verder uit. - Werkt actief samen met andere afdelingen binnen Stiho en DSG en levert input aan regionale en landelijke verbetertrajecten. - Bouwt een hecht, gemotiveerd team waarin medewerkers zich ontwikkelen en met plezier werken. - Bewaakt de veiligheid en uitstraling van de vestiging en zorgt voor een nette, efficiënte werkomgeving.
