Jij stuurt dagelijks 2 medewerkers aan en bent verantwoordelijk voor omzet, logistiek, kosten, derving en kwaliteit. Daarnaast maak je actief onderdeel uit van de operationele bezetting en adviseer je professionele klanten, zoals schilders. Je signaleert klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar passende oplossingen. In deze functie werk je samen met de Operationeel Manager over voortgang, prioriteiten en verbeteringen.
