Jij zorgt ervoor dat jouw team elke dag een beetje beter wordt en de klanten de optimale dienstverlening ervaren. Coachende en commerciële vaardigheden zijn dus onmisbare eigenschappen voor deze functie!

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als vestigingsmanager?

- Als VM in de regio Westland ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een grote externe klant. Je stuurt de vestiging in Naaldwijk aan en een inhouse team in Delft aan en bent hét aanspreekpunt op strategisch en operationeel niveau. - Het laten groeien van de intercedenten. Dankzij jou weten zij wat ze moeten doen en is het helder wat er van ze verwacht wordt. Jij maakt jouw intercedenten elke dag beter in wat ze doen! - Jij bepaalt de targets en maakt de begroting. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van jouw vestiging. - Je zorgt, samen met de collega's van Corporate recruitment en District manager Jennifer, voor de juiste bezetting op het kantoor. - Jij trekt de kar op het gebied van commercie: je ziet waar kansen liggen en pakt deze ook, je bezoekt bestaande en nieuwe klanten en doet aan relatiebeheer.

Als jij het liefst vandaag als vestigingsmanager bij Luba aan de slag gaat, heb je:

- Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in de uitzendbranche (harde eis); - Leidinggevende ervaring (hoeft niet per se in de uitzendbranche te zijn); - Je bent klantgericht maar laat de commerciële doelstellingen niet los; - Je bent een coach en weet wat een team nodig heeft om optimaal te kunnen blijven functioneren; - Rijbewijs B. Wij zorgen voor een auto.
