HaysBewaar Vestigingsmanager Technische Groothandel Technische Groothandel | Mechanische Techniek | Onderhoud, Reparatie en Revisie | Harderwijk Jouw nieuwe functie Als Vestigingsmanager in Harderwijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor de sales en operationele resultaten in jouw regio. Dit betekent dat je leidinggeeft aan een groep van ongeveer 10 FTE. Je zorgt dat er een vertaling van strategie naar operatie plaatsvindt. Dit doe je door de verkooporganisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Dit betekent dus het optimaliseren van sales teams (binnen en buiten), klantsegmentatie en value added selling. Belangrijk hierbij is; de samenwerking met de interne organisatie, een kritische blik naar de markt, en trends en ontwikkelingen tijdig spotten. Met deze informatie ben jij de regisseur van de regio, en probeer je continue de vestiging verder te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast heb je een adviserende rol aan het MT, ben je P&L verantwoordelijk en een voorbeeld naar collega's. Jouw profiel Om succesvol te zijn als Vestigingsmanager heb je minimaal een bachelor diploma in een bedrijfskundige of technische richting. Je hebt ervaring binnen de OEM of MRO-wereld. Daarnaast heb je ervaring in het aansturen van een team op zowel commercieel gebied als gericht op de operatie. Je weet om te gaan met diverse culturen en kan personen in beweging te brengen. Je bent een echte people manager die niet bang is om moeilijke knopen door te hakken. Daarnaast ben je in staat om zelf een vertaling van strategie naar tactisch/operationeel niveau te maken. Over de organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een totaalleveranciers voor alle onderhouds- en productie-benodigdheden. Klanten kunnen voor vragen en technisch advies terecht bij meer dan 70 lokale vestigingen en gespecialiseerde Technical centers.
