Daarom zoeken we een Vestigingsverantwoordelijke die de dagelijkse werking van onze garagevestiging te Deinze naar een hoger niveau tilt. Iemand die operationele excellentie combineert met mensgerichte leiding, en die een team kan inspireren om elke dag het beste van zichzelf te geven.

Als verdeler van bedrijfsvoertuigen bieden we een totaalpakket aan - van verkoop tot aftersales, onderhoudscontracten en maatwerkoplossingen. Onze missie is helder: ondernemers laten rijden, zodat hun business blijft draaien.

Jobomschrijving

Als Vestigingsverantwoordelijke ben jij het kloppend hart van de vestiging. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten vlot geholpen worden, dat de werkplaats efficiënt draait en dat je team met trots en motivatie werkt. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers, medewerkers én directie - en je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendabiliteit van de volledige site.

Concreet sta je in voor:

Operationele leiding

  • Eindverantwoordelijke voor de dagelijkse werking van de vestiging
  • Coördinatie van werkplaats, receptie, planning, magazijn en administratie
  • Oplossen van operationele problemen en escalaties
  • Naleven van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuregels

Functionele & technische sturing

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de werkplaatsplanning
  • Optimaliseren van doorlooptijden en productiviteit
  • Toezien op correcte diagnose, herstellingen en afleverkwaliteit
  • Correcte toepassing van merkrichtlijnen en procedures

Financiële opvolging

  • Analyseren van werkplaatsbezetting en facturatiegraad
  • Bewaken van debiteurenbeheer en correcte facturatie
  • Rapporteren van resultaten, KPI's en afwijkingen aan de After Sales Manager

Leiderschap & teamontwikkeling

  • Dagelijkse aansturing van techniekers, service advisors, parts advisors en administratie
  • Leiden, coachen en motiveren van het team
  • Voeren van functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken
  • Detecteren van opleidingsnoden en rekrutering van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Creëren van een positieve, professionele en klantgerichte cultuur

Je bent een natuurlijke leider die rust brengt in drukte, structuur brengt in complexiteit en motivatie brengt in een team.

Je beschikt over:

  • Grondige kennis van autotechniek en werkplaatsprocessen
  • Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden
