Voor een klant actief in de automotive sector zijn wij op zoek naar een Vestigingsverantwoordelijke in Deinze.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de vestiging en zorgt voor een efficiënte werkplaats, tevreden klanten en een gemotiveerd team.

Jouw taken

  • Je coördineert de werkplaats, receptie, planning, magazijn en administratie.
  • Je stuurt techniekers en administratieve medewerkers aan en motiveert het team.
  • Je bewaakt planning, productiviteit, kwaliteit, veiligheid en klantentevredenheid.
  • Je volgt KPI's, facturatie en resultaten op.
  • Je lost operationele en technische problemen op.
  • Je coacht medewerkers en detecteert opleidingsnoden.
  • Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke van de aftersalesafdeling.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van autotechniek en werkplaatsprocessen.
  • Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur in een technische of automotive omgeving.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, besluitvaardig en stressbestendig.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent een betrouwbare en motiverende teamspeler.
