Deine Mission bei uns

Als Video/Photo Producer übernimmst du vom ersten Tag an Verantwortung und gestaltest unsere visuelle Identität aktiv mit. Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die Umsetzung von Videoproduktionen für unsere Social Media Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), Ads und Website - Fotoproduktionen sind ein wertvolles Plus. Du erstellst kreative Konzepte, planst Shoots, übernimmst die Kameraarbeit und

bist für Schnitt sowie Color Grading verantwortlich. Dabei behältst du stets die Performance im Blick:

Dein Content ist nicht nur ästhetisch, sondern gezielt auf Conversion und Markenaufbau optimiert.

Erfahrung in der Podcast-Produktion ist ein weiteres Plus.

Deine Erfahrung & Skills

Wir suchen eine kreative Persönlichkeit, die Ideen proaktiv einbringt. Du bringst Erfahrung in der Videoproduktion mit, gehst sicher mit professionellem Kamera- und Lichtequipment um und beherrschst Schnitt- und Grading-Programme wie Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve oder Final Cut. Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Storytelling, Rhythmus und Ästhetik. Erfahrungen im Performance Marketing, Social Media und E-Commerce werden stark bevorzugt. Interesse an den Themen Gesundheit, Nutrition und Lifestyle sowie fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
