Jouw takenpakket

Als onderwijzer begeleidt u jonge kinderen in hun ontwikkeling en in hun leerproces. Naast het begeleiden van de denkontwikkeling heeft de onderwijzer(es) ook aandacht voor hun motorische, muzisch-creatieve en sociale ontwikkeling. Daarbij is het belangrijk op de hoogte te zijn en te blijven over alles wat kinderen binnen deze leeftijdsgroep aanbelangt, ook inzake eindtermen en ontwikkelingsdoelen. Op deze manier geeft u mee vorm aan het pedagogisch project van een school. Een onderwijzer werkt zowel autonoom als in collegiaal teamverband: het werk met de leerlingengroep kan u zelfstandig organiseren, maar daarnaast is er ook ruimte voor overleg en samenwerking met de collega's. Ook de communicatie naar ouders en andere ondersteunende instanties is belangrijk.

Wij zoeken een onderwijzer(es) die:

  • Bij voorkeur in het bezit is van een diploma onderwijzer lager onderwijs (andere profielen komen ook in aanmerking).
  • Geïnspireerd is door vernieuwing en innovatie in het onderwijs.
  • Communicatief sterk is en goed kan samenwerken in een dynamisch team.
  • Een hart heeft voor het welzijn en de ontwikkeling van elke leerling.
  • Zich thuis voelt in de warme en ambitieuze cultuur van onze scholengroep.
