Van levering tot verkoopsklare filet: jij kent elke stap!

Je combineert technisch fileerwerk met kwaliteitscontrole en contact met klanten. Afwisseling genoeg dus.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het ontvangen en controleren van verse visleveringen
  • Het fileren, ontvetten en portioneren van verschillende vissoorten
  • Het correct wegen en etiketteren van de afgewerkte producten
  • Het verkoopsklaar maken en netjes presenteren van de vis
  • Het adviseren van klanten over verschillende vissoorten en bereidingen
  • Het verwerken van onder andere kabeljauw, pladijs, zalm, tonijn, dorade en zeebaars
  • Het voortdurend bewaken van kwaliteit en versheid
  • Het netjes en hygiënisch houden van jouw werkplek

Jouw werkuren?

Je werkt 40 uur per week, van maandag tot en met vrijdag.

Jouw werkuren liggen tussen 8u en 17u30. In het weekend ben je vrij.

Je komt terecht in een moderne en verzorgde winkel waar verse vis centraal staat. Van kabeljauw en pladijs uit de Noordzee tot Noorse zalm, tonijn, dorade en zeebaars: je werkt dagelijks met een breed assortiment kwaliteitsproducten.

Samen met een klein en ervaren team zorg je ervoor dat alles netjes verwerkt, gepresenteerd en verkocht wordt.

Je hebt een goede kennis van vis en ervaring met het fileren van verschillende vissoorten.
