Vervoer Als visiteteam assistent vervoer je de dienstdoende huisarts vanaf de huisartsenpost naar de patiënt. Dit gebeurt tijdens avonden, nachten en weekenden. In spoedeisende gevallen zal je ook met optische- en geluidssignalen naar de patiënt rijden. De visiteteam assistent heeft de verantwoordelijkheid om te zorgen voor veilig vervoer en volgt hiervoor een intern scholingsprogramma. Assistentie en onderhoud Eenmaal bij de patiënt aangekomen assisteert de visiteteam assistent de huisarts bij onderzoek en behandeling als dat nodig is. Denk aan het meten van saturatie, assisteren bij het inbrengen van een catheter of het klaarmaken van een infuussysteem. Daarnaast draag je de zorg voor het dienstvoertuig en alle noodzakelijk hulpverleningsmaterialen. Noodzakelijke competenties om deze functie goed uit te voeren zijn; een dienstverlenende instelling hebben, zelfstandig kunnen werken tijdens onregelmatige uren en flexibel kunnen inspringen op onverwachte situaties. Huisartsenpost Zodra de reguliere huisartsenpraktijk gesloten is, opent de huisartsenpost. Je kan hier 's avonds, 's nachts en in het weekend terecht met medische klachten die niet tot de volgende werkdag kunnen wachten. Als de patiënt wegens gezondheidsklachten niet naar de huisartsenpost kan komen, gaat de huisarts op huisbezoek. De visiteteam assistent vervoert de huisarts en assisteert bij onderzoeken en behandelingen als dat nodig is. Ambulance IJsselland verzorgt het huisartsenvervoer voor de huisartsenposten in Zwolle en Hardenberg. Zelfstandig en flexibel Als visiteteam assistent werk je zelfstandig, maar kan je terugvallen op een collegiaal team. Ben jij niet op zoek naar een negen tot vijf baan?
