Voor onze winkels in de regio Antwerpen en een deel van Oost-Vlaanderen zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven Visual Merchandiser.

Als Visual Merchandiser speel je een sleutelrol in het creëren van inspirerende winkelpresentaties binnen jouw regio. Je combineert creativiteit met commercieel inzicht en bouwt een sterke brug tussen de guidelines van ons merk en de dynamiek op de winkelvloer.

Jouw impact

Als Visual Merchandiser zorg je ervoor dat de LolaLiza-identiteit tot leven komt in de winkels van jouw regio. Je bent niet alleen uitvoerend bezig: je analyseert cijfers, volgt modetrends op de voet en past de presentaties aan waar nodig om de verkoop te stimuleren. Met jouw passie voor ons product en je nauwe samenwerking met de store managers maak je dagelijks een direct commercieel verschil.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Creatief & Commercieel: Implementeren en vertalen van Visual Merchandising-richtlijnen naar sterke, commerciële winkel- en etalagepresentaties.
  • Analyse & Optimalisatie: Continu analyseren van de cijfers per winkel en de visuele uitstraling hierop aanpassen.
  • Innovatie & Trends: Mee zijn met de nieuwste trends, testen van nieuwe ideeën en snel kunnen schakelen in een continu veranderende omgeving.
  • Samenwerking: In nauw overleg gaan met de Store Managers om de winkelindeling en productpresentaties te optimaliseren.
  • Betrokkenheid: Bewaken van een consistente merkbeleving met een grote passie voor het product.
  • Ervaring: Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring als Visual Merchandiser binnen fashion retail.
  • Talenkennis: Uitstekende/perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands.
  • Analytisch & Commercieel: Je kijkt naar de cijfers achter de visuele presentatie en denkt resultaatgericht mee.
  • Flexibel & Dynamisch: Je houdt van afwisseling, staat open voor continue vernieuwing en bent bereid je te verplaatsen binnen de regio.
  • Product- & Modepassie: Je bent sterk betrokken bij onze collecties en hebt een natuurlijk gevoel voor styling en trends.
  • Hands-on & Communicatief: Je bent een echte aanpakker die vlot communiceert en samenwerkt met de winkelteams.
