Door mens en planeet op de eerste plaats te zetten, bepalen wij de toon voor de mode-industrie om innovatiever en duurzamer te zijn, en bevorderen we een cyclus van gebruik, hergebruik en wedergeboorte van kleding. Daarom inspireren wij je bij C&A elke dag om er niet alleen mooi uit te zien, maar ook om je goed te voelen en goed te doen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Met jouw sterke modezintuig en trendgevoeligheid zorg jij voor inspirerende windows en ziet het er instore ook strak uit. Ongeveer 1 keer per maand krijgt de winkel een totale VIM make-over. Lukt het jou om onze collecties zodanig te presenteren dat de verkoopcijfers door het plafond gaan? Lets go! Jij houdt je bezig met: - Onze producten op een aantrekkelijke, verkoopgerichte manier presenteren, waarbij je de richtlijnen van VIM volgt maar ook je eigen input meebrengt. - De mannequins in de winkel inspirerend - en met de actuele trends aankleden - Verkoopcijfers uit het merchandise management systeem analyseren en deze informatie gebruiken om de winkelinrichting en -presentatie op te zetten. - De centraal ontwikkelde verkoopstrategieën en concepten vertalen naar de winkelinrichting. - Verkoop stimuleren door de goederen op een logische plaats te presenteren. - Collega's op inspirerende wijze begeleiden, trainen en adviseren bij het toepassen van VIM-normen. - Commerciële actie ondernemen wanneer je een kans ziet, bijvoorbeeld door in te spelen op weersomstandigheden door outdoor kleding onder de aandacht te brengen wanneer het sneeuwt. - Bij elke gelegenheid ondersteuning bieden aan een klant die op zoek is naar een artikel of stijladvies nodig heeft.
