Wir suchen motivierte_n: 1 Vizepolier_in (m/w/d)

Standort: Österreichweit

Wir suchen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen, idealerweise im Tiefbau

* Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau oder in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Organisation und Koordination von Baustellenabläufen

* Führung und Einteilung von Mitarbeiter_innen sowie Subunternehmen

* Überwachung von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit

* Mitarbeit bei Vermessungs- und Dokumentationsarbeiten

* Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich

Entlohnung:

KV-Mindestlohn ab € 22,57 brutto/Stunde bzw. € 3.825,62 brutto/Monat gemäß Kollektivvertrag Baugewerbe und Bauindustrie, Beschäftigungsgruppe I - Vizepolier. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung erfolgt entsprechend Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist selbstverständlich gegeben.
