The posting

VKAM Coördinator Bij Aannemersbedrijf Damsteegt werken we iedere dag aan bijzondere civieltechnische kunstwerken in Nederland. Denk hierbij aan bruggen, steigers, kadeconstructies en duikers uitgevoerd in hout, staal, beton, composiet of een combinatie van deze materialen.

Deze projecten voeren we volledig in eigen beheer uit, van ontwerp tot (prefab) productie en realisatie op de bouwplaats. Dat doen we met zo’n 140 vakmensen die trots zijn op wat ze maken.

We zijn gecertificeerd voor ISO 9001, VCA**, CO2-Prestatieladder Trede 2 en NEN-EN 1090 EXC3.

Voor onze afdeling VKAM (Veiligheid, Kwaliteit, Arbo en Milieu) zijn we op zoek naar een VKAM Coördinator, die het verschil kan maken bij de realisatie van onze uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten.

Momenteel bestaat de VKAM-afdeling uit nog één medewerker, dus samen met je collega ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle zaken die betrekking hebben op Veiligheid, Kwaliteit, Arbo en Milieu.

Jouw rol Als VKAM Coördinator ben je samen met je collega verantwoordelijk voor alle onderwerpen die betrekking hebben op het gebied van Veiligheid, Kwaliteit, Arbo en Milieu.

Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen beleid enerzijds en uitvoering anderzijds, waarbij je in staat bent om de organisatie hier actief in te betrekken, met veel ambitie en resultaatgericht.

Wat ga je doen?

- Het actief bewaken van Veiligheid in onze werkplaatsen en op onze bouwplaatsen, onder andere d.m.v. het opstellen en begeleiden van Risico-Inventarisaties en -Evaluaties (RI&E)

- Het opzetten en verder verbeteren van VKAM-systemen, en het beheren daarvan

- Het voorbereiden en begeleiden van externe audits

- Het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van interne audits en (werkplek)inspecties

- Het stimuleren, trainen en bewust maken van de organisatie op VKAM-gebied

- Op VKAM-gebied gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren van het management en de werkvloer over veiligheid en werkomstandigheden

- Het continu verbeteren van activiteiten en processen
