Dankzij de slimme interfaces en de begeleiding van ervaren collega's ontwikkel je je snel tot een vakkundig vlakslijper. Je werkt mee aan hoogwaardige eindproducten waarbij details het verschil maken. Wat ga je doen als vlakslijper bij PM? Als vlakslijper bewerk je onderdelen tot spiegelgladde oppervlakken met hoge nauwkeurigheid. Je werkt met moderne Zwitserse en Duitse precisiemachines. Dankzij de gebruiksvriendelijke technologie en begeleiding van ervaren collega's leer je het vak stap voor stap. Wat breng je mee? - Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de techniek. - Je bent nauwkeurig, geconcentreerd en hebt oog voor detail. - Je vindt het leuk om met moderne software en gebruiksvriendelijke interfaces te werken. - Je bent leergierig en nieuwsgierig, en wilt jezelf verder ontwikkelen. - Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste: wij leren je graag de kneepjes van het vak! Wat krijg je aangeboden? In de functie van vlakslijper word je beloond conform de CAO Metaalbewerkingsbedrijf, je ontvangt 8% vakantietoeslag en een reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer indien je buiten een straal van 10 kilometer woont. Je ontvangt 25 vakantiedagen met daarop nog eens 13 ADV dagen, dus jaarlijks 38 vrije dagen. Dagelijks hebben wij voor onze medewerkers gratis fruit in de kantine.
