Hoorcentrum Aerts bv groeide op 23 jaar tijd uit tot één van de meest gespecialiseerde aanbieders van hooroplossingen. Door de laatste technologische ontwikkelingen op de voet te volgen, zijn onze aangeboden hoorapparaten, oordoppen en gehoorhulpmiddelen evenals de meet-en analysetoestellen state of the art.

De kwaliteit van onze producten evenals de kwaliteit van de zorg en service voor onze klanten staan centraal. Om iedere klant de meest aangepaste en optimale oplossing te adviseren, staan gediplomeerde en professionele medewerkers paraat.

Momenteel hebben we een netwerk van meer dan 80 winkels opgebouwd en zijn we nog sterk aan het uitbreiden. Hier werken dagelijks een 150-tal medewerkers met hart en ziel aan mee.

Voor een flexibele inzetting in ons hoorcentra te Brussel, Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Liedekerke, Alsemberg, Merchtem & Grimbergen zijn wij voor een voltijdse tewerkstelling op zoek naar een:

onthaal & administratief medewerker

(op dinsdag werken wij met een avondopening; hiervoor krijg je elke dinsdag in de voormiddag vrij!)

Als onthaal- en administratief medewerker sta je enerzijds in voor een professionele en gastvrije ontvangst van onze klanten zowel fysiek, telefonisch als digitaal. Anderzijds bied je administratieve en logistieke ondersteuning naar klanten en collega’s toe.

jouw takenpakket

• je staat in voor het klantenonthaal

• je verstrekt algemene informatie over hoorapparaten, hulpmiddelen en terugbetalingsbeleid aan de klant, volgt op en verwijst indien nodig door naar de audioloog

• je beheert informatie / documentatie en houdt deze up to date vb. klantendossiers

• je beheert de agenda van de audiologen

• je doet het voorraadbeheer en plaatst bestellingen

• je staat in voor de kassa administratie

• je reinigt hoorapparaten

• je neemt documenten / pakketten aan

• je zorgt voor orde en netheid in het filiaal

• je bent allround: ondernemend, oplossingsgericht, commercieel en professioneel

• je werkt correct en nauwkeurig

• je bent stressbestendig

• je kan prioriteiten stellen (telefoon, mail, afspraken, …)

• je stelt je flexibel op

• je bent vlot communicatief, zowel mondeling als telefonisch, contactvaardig, en diplomatisch

• je spreekt duidelijk en verzorgd Nederlands: wij werken immers met slechthorende klanten

• je valt op door je klantgerichtheid

• je handelt volgens de opgestelde procedures en ziet verbeteringsmogelijkheden

• je hebt een opgewekte en enthousiaste persoonlijkheid
