Zin in niet zomaar een job maar wel om 'echt' zinvol werk aan te gaan met mensen? Dat kan… bij DELA! Hoe wij dat doen? Wel, … op onze manier, de DELA-manier. Al meer dan 80 jaar luisteren wij, zorgen we voor raad en daad & geven wij die warme professionele houvast.

Of het nu gaat over een verzekering, een repatriëring, nabestaandenzorg of de uitvaart zelf, mensen ontzorgen in één van de moeilijkste momenten van hun leven. Dat is wat onze job zinvol maakt en ons de energie geeft om er altijd te staan als één team.

We zijn op zoek naar een collega die voornamelijk zal werken vanuit ons uitvaartcentrum te Oost en Noord Limburg ( Lommel, Pelt en Peer, Lanaken, Maasmechelen en Dilsen-Stokkem)

Adviseur Uitvaart

  • Je staat in voor de organisatie en administratie van de uitvaart.
  • Als persoonlijk aanspreekpunt voor de familie vertegenwoordig je DELA op een professionele wijze
  • Vanuit een empathische communicatiestijl maak je duidelijke en heldere afspraken met de familie over alle aspecten van de uitvaart
  • In samenspraak met de nabestaanden bespreek & organiseer je het verloop van de uitvaart
  • Je staat in voor de organisatie en administratie van de uitvaart.
  • Met jouw sterke digitale skills creëer je mooie herinneringen
  • Je begeleidt sereen (niet-)religieuze uitvaartceremo
  • Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door jouw ervaring
  • Professionele ervaring opgebouwd binnen een administratieve en klantgerichte functie. Eerdere ervaring binnen de uitvaartsector is een absolute troef, hoewel jouw competenties en attitude primeren voor DELA
  • Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, kennis van het Frans of andere taal is steeds een plus
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en mag met een handgeschakelde wagen rijden.

  • Dankzij jouw empathische en professionele houding creëer je een v ertrouwensvol contact met de familie en nabestaanden
  • Je capteert de verwachtingen en wensen van de nabestaanden om een gepast voorstel uit te werken. Dit gaat over o.a. de verkoop van grafmonumenten, bloemen, drukwerk en bijhorende diensten
  • Meer dan de helft van jouw tijd besteed je aan het regelen en plannen van een uitvaart. Daarnaast blijf je in nauw contact met de familie en nabestaanden
  • Jouw belangrijkste focus richt zich naar de familie. Je fungeert als belangrijke schakel en vertrouwenspersoon en doet al wat mogelijk is om de uitvaart perfect te laten verlopen
