Bij onze klant in de automotive draait de banenmotor op volle toeren. Ze groeien snel en zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste en ambitieuze talenten die met hen willen meegroeien. Ben jij de nieuwe vliegende receptionist voor onze 11 vestigingen?

Wat wordt er verwacht?

  • Je wordt flexibel ingezet op onze verschillende nationale vestigingen.
  • Je verwelkomt klanten en plant hun onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden in.
  • Je fungeert als tussenpersoon tussen de werkplaats en de klant.
  • Je maakt afspraken voor onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden in de werkplaatsagenda.
  • Je bestelt onderdelen om ervoor te zorgen dat het werk soepel verloopt.
  • Indien het werk niet intern kan worden uitgevoerd, regel je een afspraak met een externe partij.
  • Na afloop van het onderhoud of de reparatie informeer je de klant over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en eventuele aanvullende werkzaamheden.
  • Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor alle administratie en een correcte facturatie.

Wat kan de vliegende receptiemedewerker?

  • Je bent afgestudeerd in een niet-specifieke richting. Ervaring als receptionist is een noodzaak.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis automechanica en bent vertrouwd met het werken met verschillende afdelingen binnen een professionele autogarage.
  • Je bent uiterst betrouwbaar, discreet, klantvriendelijk en hebt uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je kunt klanten vlot helpen in het Nederlands en Frans, met Engels als extra troef.
  • Je bent proactief en goed georganiseerd, neemt graag initiatief en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Een stevige dosis stressbestendigheid en een goede kennis van de gebruikelijke Microsoft-toepassingen zijn absoluut noodzakelijk.
  • Kennis van automechanica is een pluspunt. Een rijbewijs B hebben is uiteraard vereist!
  • Flexibiliteit is essentieel.
