Vliegende Verfadviseur / Winkelmedewerker

Als Vliegende verfadviseur / winkelmedewerker ondersteun je verschillende colora-winkels (regio West- en Oost-Vlaanderen) waar jouw hulp het verschil maakt. Je springt bij tijdens verlofperiodes, opleidingsdagen, ziekte, tijdelijke vervangingen of andere onverwachte situaties. De ene dag versterk je een team van enthousiaste collega's, de andere dag run je zelfstandig een winkelpunt. Die variatie geeft jou energie.

Samen zorgen we ervoor dat elke klant met vertrouwen aan zijn verf- of interieurproject kan beginnen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als vliegende medewerker ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen ons winkelnetwerk.

Je:

  • Verwelkomt klanten op een warme en professionele manier.
  • Begeleidt hen van advies tot aankoop en biedt oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun project en behoeften.
  • Adviseert over verfproducten, verftechnieken en de juiste materialen.
  • Inspireert klanten op vlak van kleur, interieur en afwerking.
  • Informeert klanten over onze diensten en helpt hen hun woondroom te realiseren.
  • Zorgt ervoor dat de winkel er steeds verzorgd, aantrekkelijk en professioneel uitziet.
  • Ondersteunt bij operationele taken in overleg met de winkelverantwoordelijke.
  • Neemt indien nodig zelfstandig de verantwoordelijkheid op voor het openen en sluiten van een winkel.
  • Zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht van belangrijke informatie aan collega's en winkelverantwoordelijken.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een commerciële of klantgerichte functie.
  • Je bent enthousiast, leergierig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je haalt energie uit klantencontact en geeft eerlijk en oprecht advies.
  • Je past je vlot aan verschillende winkels, teams en situaties aan. Flexibiliteit is key.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, positief ingesteld en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je hebt interesse in kleur, verf, interieur of decoratie en wilt je hierin verder verdiepen.
  • Je houdt je kennis actief up-to-date en staat open voor opleiding en ontwikkeling.
  • Je gaat discreet en professioneel om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Een goede kennis van het Frans is een mooie extra troef.
  • Je bent woonachtig in de regio West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Verdere verplaatsingen schrikken jou niet af.

Daarnaast vragen we een beschikbaarheid van minstens vier dagen per week. Op zaterdagen, tijdens vakantieperiodes en tijdens onze actiedagen rekenen we op jouw maximale inzet. Tijdens de zomermaanden juli en augustus ben je minstens zes weken beschikbaar.
