Als Vliegende Winkeluitbater ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig runnen en ondersteunen van verschillende winkelfilialen. Je vervangt vaste winkelmanagers bij afwezigheid of springt bij waar extra hulp nodig is.

Het officiële takenpakket bestaat uit de volgende elementen:

Verkoop & Klantenadvies

Onthaal: Je verwelkomt klanten altijd met een glimlach.

Advies verlenen: Je informeert en adviseert klanten professioneel over huishoudelektro en elektronische apparaten.

Commerciële feeling: Je helpt klanten de juiste productkeuze te maken om de verkoopdoelstellingen te behalen.

Logistiek & Winkelbeheer

Leveringen controleren: Je ontvangt producten, controleert de leveringsbonnen en spoort eventuele fouten of schade op.

Voorraadbeheer: Je volgt de winkelvoorraad nauwkeurig op.

Merchandising: Je plaatst elektro-toestellen op de juiste plek en zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke productpresentatie.

Prijsbeheer: Je zorgt dat alle artikelen correct geprijsd en gelabeld zijn.

Administratie & Kassa

Kassahandelingen: Je bedient de kassa en rekent aankopen correct af met de klant.

Financieel beheer: Je sluit de kassa correct af en regelt de stortingen van het geld bij de bank.

Zelfstandig runnen: Je bent er verantwoordelijk voor dat de winkel van A tot Z vlot draait, vaak als enige aanwezige in het filiaal.

Klant- en verkoopgericht: Je hebt een sterke commerciële drive en adviseert klanten met enthousiasme.

Zelfstandig werken: Je kunt een winkelomgeving volledig alleen dragen en neemt vlot beslissingen.

Flexibel ingesteld: Je vindt het fijn om te roteren tussen filialen (Mol, Bree, Geel en Overpelt) en past je snel aan.

Rijbewijs B: Je beschikt over een eigen wagen of rijbewijs om je vlot tussen de verschillende winkels te verplaatsen.

Administratief nauwkeurig: Je werkt georganiseerd bij de kassacolumn, stocktellingen en bankstortingen.

Resultaatgericht: Je bent gedreven om de vooropgestelde verkoopdoelen van het filiaal te behalen.
