Om de continuïteit van onze kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening te waarborgen zoeken we ondernemende verpleegkundigen om in ons vlinder-team te stappen! Deze nieuwe functie willen we samen met jou piloteren waarbij je mening, ervaring en feedback onmisbaar is voor een goede implementatie en werking.

FUNCTIE

Als vlinder-verpleegkundige heb je een uitdagende job met veel afwisseling qua patiëntrondes en verpleegtechnische handelingen (o.a. inspuitingen, wondzorg, bloednames, blaassondages, chemo afkoppelen, toiletzorgen,…).

Je springt in bij acute afwezigheden van collega’s waardoor je onmisbaar bent op vlak van continuïteit van zorg. Onze patiënten zijn geholpen door je kwaliteitsvolle zorgverlening terwijl je een babbeltje maakt, én je collega’s ervaren ondersteuning gezien overbelasting op ronde wordt voorkomen.

Zelf kan je dankzij een gevarieerde job blijvend leren en je professionele vaardigheden verder aanscherpen. Je mag binnen de organisatie ondersteuning verwachten van een heel team van collega’s, referentieverpleegkundigen en leidinggevenden. Hiernaast is er regelmatig overleg en ook op ronde zijn je collega’s slechts één telefoontje/sms’je van je verwijderd.

  • Je hebt een diploma als verpleegkundige (basis-, HBO5- of bachelorverpleegkundige).
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Elke dag is uniek. Je bent technisch sterk, houdt van afwisseling en hebt dan ook een flexibele aanpak en wendbare houding.
  • Je werkt graag 6u per dag in een ochtendronde 7u-8u t.e.m. 13u-14u. Je kan zelfroosteren tezamen met je vlinder-collega’s waarbij jullie onderling toezien op een volledige planning. Ten slotte kies je zelf hoeveel weekenden je wenst te werken, met een minimum van 1 weekend op 4.
