The posting

Functie

Voor een bedrijf gelegen te Heist op den Berg, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren vloerder bij particulieren. Je voert renovatieprojecten en vloerwerken volledig zelfstandig uit. Daarbij sta je garant voor een kwalitatieve en nette afwerking.

Je taken omvatten:

  • Het beoordelen, egaliseren en behandelen van de ondergrond, inclusief eventuele chapewerken en het aanbrengen van isolatie of waterdichtingslagen.
  • Het leggen van diverse materialen zoals keramische tegels en natuursteen, zowel binnen (bv. badkamers) als buiten (bv. terrassen), volgens het gewenste legpatroon.
  • Het verwerken van verschillende vloerbedekkingen (keramiek, natuursteen, ...) en het nauwkeurig op maat zagen/snijden van de materialen.
  • Het verzorgen van de volledige afwerking, zoals het invoegen en afkitten van alle naden en het plaatsen of vervangen van plinten.
  • Het adviseren van de klant over de materiaalkeuze, het bespreken van de plaatsingstechniek en het zorgen voor heldere communicatie en een nette werkomgeving.

Profiel

Wat je in huis hebt:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds een eerste ervaring opgedaan als vloerder
  • Bij voorkeur bezit je een rijbewijs B, of je geraakt zelfstandig tot in Heist op den Berg om van daaruit te vertrekken
  • Je spreekt voldoende Nederlands om te communiceren met je collega's en eindklanten

  • Verloning: Inschrijving in PC 124 (Bouw). Je loon wordt bepaald op basis van jouw ervaring.
  • Je ontvangt maaltijdcheques en een pensioenpremie.
  • Je werkt voltijds (40 uur per week) in dagdienst.
  • Je hebt minimaal 32 vakantiedagen per jaar en volgt het bouwverlof.
  • Zekerheid: Na een geslaagde interimperiode krijg je een vast contract.
  • Werksfeer: Je werkt in teamverband binnen een groeiend familiebedrijf.
