Om de werfteams te versterken, zoekt een innovatieve Europese marktleider in beton-prefab in de Kempen een gedreven Vloerder met een passie voor het vak. Dit bouwbedrijf is gespecialiseerd in Belgische industriële projecten, van betonherstellingen en renovaties tot hoogwaardige vloerafwerkingen. Wil jij meebouwen aan hun gevarieerde totaalprojecten en je schouders zetten onder uitdagende werven in heel het land?

Passie voor gietvloeren en werk je het liefst in een strak teamverband?

Voor een groeiend bedrijf zoeken we een gedreven vloerder. Samen met je teamleader vorm je een geoliede machine van 2 of 3 personen. Jullie zijn verantwoordelijk voor het complete proces: van de ruwe afbraak tot een spiegelgladde, industriële afwerking! Je inzet wordt beloond met een uurloon vanaf € 19,52, maaltijdcheques (€ 6/dag) en een sectorale groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering.

Jouw rol op de werf als Vloerder:

  • Bestaande vloeren verwijderen en zorgen dat het puin netjes afgevoerd wordt.
  • Industriële gietvloeren leggen en met uiterste precisie epoxy- en troffelvloeren plaatsen.
  • Zorgen voor een strakke, kwalitatieve afwerking waar de klant op rekent.
  • Werken volgens de strikte veiligheidsvoorschriften, want de veiligheid van jou en je team staat centraal.
  • Bij voorkeur een eerste werkervaring en een passie voor de bouw of techniek.
  • Een geldig VCA Basis-attest op zak en altijd scherp op veiligheid.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer.
  • Geen 9-to-5-mentaliteit; je stijgt graag boven jezelf uit en steekt de handen uit de mouwen wanneer de werf dat vraagt.
  • Een echte doorzetter die samen met collega's van elke werf een succes maakt.
