Bij NOUST bouwen we elke dag toekomstgerichte woningen met gezonde en circulaire materialen. Een samenwerking op maat van de klant, met de kracht van “hout” als duurzaam bouwmateriaal. Als aannemer modulaire houtskeletbouw trachten we zo veel als mogelijk elke taak in-house uit te voeren. Onze projecten gaan van kleine aanbouwen tot meergezinswoningen, van renovaties tot nieuwbouwwoningen.

Omdat we onze afwerking zoveel mogelijk in eigen beheer willen uitvoeren, zijn we op zoek naar een vloerder / tegelzetter die met oog voor detail en vakmanschap mee zorgt voor een sterke eindafwerking van onze projecten.

  • Bij Noust bieden we je een zeer gevarieerd takenpakket: Plaatsen van vloer- en wandtegels in woningen. Voorbereiden van ondergronden voor tegelwerken. Plaatsen van chape, egalisatie of voorbereidende lagen indien nodig. Uitvoeren van waterdichtingen in badkamers, douches en natte ruimtes. Tegelen van badkamers, toiletten, keukens, bergingen en andere ruimtes. Plaatsen van plinten en afwerkingsprofielen. Uitvoeren van voegwerken en siliconenafwerking. Kleine herstellingen of aanpassingen uitvoeren waar nodig. Zorgen voor een nette en kwalitatieve oplevering.
  • Je werkt met passie aan gevarieerde projecten met de nodige uitdagingen.
  • Je voert taken zelfstandig uit.
  • Je werkt precies en houdt van details.
  • Je denkt mee over een efficiënte en kwalitatieve uitvoering.

  • Geen enkele uitdaging is te groot voor jou – een oplossing is altijd te vinden.
  • Je hebt ervaring als vloerder, tegelzetter of in algemene afwerking.
  • Je kan zelfstandig vloer- en wandtegels plaatsen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, proper en met oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kan plannen of uitvoeringsdetails correct interpreteren.
  • Je durft initiatief te nemen en verbeteringen aan het licht te brengen.
  • Je kan je flexibel inzetten.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Ervaring met modulaire bouw, houtskeletbouw is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Belangrijker is dat je fier bent op je werk, graag kwaliteit aflevert en mee wil bouwen aan de verdere groei van NOUST.
