Ben jij sterk in organisatie, heb je technisch inzicht en krijg je energie van het optimaliseren van een uitgebreid wagenpark? Dan is deze uitdaging bij Groep Van Pelt Paesen misschien wel jouw volgende stap.

Wij zijn een groeiende groep met verschillende entiteiten in Antwerpen en Limburg. Om ons divers en omvangrijk wagenpark – van vrachtwagens en containertransport tot betonmixers, bulldozers, heftrucks en personenwagens – professioneel en efficiënt te beheren, zoeken wij een centrale en gedreven Vlootbeheerder.

Als Vlootbeheerder ben jij dé spilfiguur in het beheer van ons volledige wagenpark. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk voertuig veilig, conform en kostenefficiënt wordt ingezet. Dankzij jouw structuur en technische feeling draait alles letterlijk én figuurlijk op wieltjes.

Je werkt over onze vestigingen in Antwerpen en Limburg en krijgt de ruimte om het vlootbeheer binnen de groep verder te professionaliseren.

️ Wat ga je concreet doen?

• Volledig beheer van ons wagenpark:

– Vrachtwagens (transport van bouwmaterialen en containervervoer)

– Betonmixers

– Bulldozers

– Heftrucks

– Personenwagens

• Planning en opvolging van periodieke keuringen

• Beheer van verzekeringen en schadedossiers

• Opvolging van tankkaarten en analyse van brandstofverbruik

• Coördinatie van onderhoud en herstellingen in samenwerking met garages en leveranciers

• Bewaken van wettelijke verplichtingen en veiligheidsvoorschriften

• Kostenanalyse en optimalisatie van het wagenpark

• Fungeren als centrale contactpersoon voor chauffeurs, medewerkers en directie

Wie zoeken wij?

• Je hebt ervaring in vlootbeheer, logistiek of technisch wagenparkbeheer

• Je hebt affiniteit met vrachtwagens, containertransport én zwaar rollend materieel

• Je werkt gestructureerd en administratief nauwkeurig

• Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en denkt oplossingsgericht

• Je bent bereid je te verplaatsen tussen Antwerpen en Limburg

• Je bent kostenbewust en analytisch ingesteld

• Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders

• Kennis van transportwetgeving en keuringen is een mooie troef
