Iemand die energie krijgt van techniek, mensen en het organiseren van een soepel draaiende operatie? Dan hebben wij een unieke functie voor jou. Wij zoeken een Vlootmanager die ervoor zorgt dat onze binnenvaartschepen veilig, betrouwbaar en in goede conditie blijven varen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze bemanningen, onderhoudt contacten met werven en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen perfect geregeld is. Een functie met veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en directe invloed op het succes van onze vloot. Wie zijn wij? Cotrans Scheepvaart B.V. is onderdeel van de Dekker Groep, een familiebedrijf met ruim 100 jaar historie. Wij leveren grondstoffen voor de bouw van huizen, wegen en dijken en beschikken over een eigen binnenvaartvloot. Onze duurzame zand- en grindwinning draagt bij aan natuurontwikkeling, hoogwaterveiligheid en recreatie. Wat maakt deze functie bijzonder? Je kent het leven aan boord. Je weet wat er nodig is om een schip veilig en efficiënt te laten varen. In deze rol gebruik je die ervaring op een andere manier. Je staat met één been op de kade en met het andere in de operatie. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor techniek en onderhoud, maar ook voor de mensen die dagelijks onze schepen bemannen. Je denkt mee, lost problemen op voordat ze ontstaan en zorgt ervoor dat collega's hun werk goed en veilig kunnen uitvoeren. Kortom: jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles blijft varen. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het plannen en coördineren van onderhoud, reparaties en werfbezoeken - Het oplossen van technische vraagstukken en storingen - Het beheren van onderhoudsplannen, certificeringen en documentatie - Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van onze collega's aan boord - Het organiseren...
