In Bier Central Gent draait alles om beleving: een warme ontvangst, een vlotte service en een glimlach die zelfs op een regenachtige Gentse dag overeind blijft. Daarom zoeken we een kelner die niet gewoon “komt werken”, maar iemand die graag tussen de mensen staat, teamspirit ademt en met plezier zijn/haar mannetje staat.

Een greep uit jouw dagelijks takenpakket :

  • Je verwelkomt klanten met een glimlach — of het nu 2°, 20° of 35° is
  • Je begeleidt hen naar een tafel en helpt hen met hun keuze uit onze bieren en gerechten
  • Je serveert drank en eten met flair
  • Je ruimt af, maakt tafels klaar en zorgt dat alles vlot blijft draaien
  • Je presenteert de rekening met dezelfde vriendelijkheid als bij het onthaal
  • Je doet er alles aan om elke klant een positieve ervaring te bezorgen
  • En daarna: hop, naar de volgende klant
  • Je wordt vrolijk van de omgang met allerlei soorten mensen
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die energie haalt uit samenwerken
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste horeca‑ervaring (maar wij leren je met plezier alles wat je nog niet kent)
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen, ook op drukke momenten
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; Frans is mooi meegenomen
  • Je woont in of rond Gent en bent niet afhankelijk van het openbaar vervoer (na sluitingstijd rijdt er niets meer behalve jouw eigen fiets, step, scooter ....)
