Je herstelt bestaand metselwerk, voert verschillende soorten voegwerk uit en zorgt voor een strak en duurzaam eindresultaat. Je werkt in een vast team volgens de treinmethode. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen werkzaamheden en samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat het project soepel doorloopt. Je weet wat er van je verwacht wordt, kunt lekker doorwerken en levert kwaliteit waar je trots op kunt zijn. Wat wij bieden Wij bieden complete Bouw CAO: - Salaris €3700,00 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring) - Bouwpensioen vanaf dag één - Tijdspaarfonds (55% of 100%) - Duurzaam inzetbaarheid (4,51% sparen) - Bedrijfsbus of €0,32 per km - 48 vakantiedagen - €1.000 opleidingsbudget per jaar - Deelname aan Faber Spaarsysteem voor gereedschap, cadeaus of een weekendje weg Ben jij het? Je bent een ervaren voeger die zelfstandig en netjes kan werken. Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen gevelrenovatie en onderhoud en vindt het prettig om onderdeel te zijn van een vast team. Daarnaast heb je een rijbewijs B en een VCA-certificaat of ben je bereid deze te behalen. Waar jij werkt Je gaat aan de slag bij een gespecialiseerd gevelrenovatiebedrijf uit de regio Franeker. Een nuchter bedrijf met echte vakmensen, waar kwaliteit en samenwerken centraal staan. De projecten zijn afwisselend en lopen uiteen van het herstellen van bestaand voeg- en metselwerk tot complete gevelrenovaties.
