Voeghakker Franeker Functie Als Voeghakker zorg je ervoor dat gevels goed worden voorbereid voor nieuw voegwerk. Je verwijdert bestaand voegwerk door dit zorgvuldig uit te hakken of uit te slijpen. Daarbij werk je nauwkeurig en voorkom je dat het bestaande metselwerk onnodig beschadigt. Je werkt op verschillende renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het herstel en behoud van gevels. Een goede voorbereiding is hierbij essentieel voor het verdere voegwerk. Wat ga je doen? - Uithakken of uitslijpen van bestaande voegen in metselwerk (mechanisch of handmatig); - Inspecteren van metselwerk op schade en- of gebreken; - Zorgvuldig verwijderen van oude specie zonder het metselwerk te beschadigen; - Het zorgvuldig werken op de juiste diepte; - Werken op hoogte, bijvoorbeeld vanaf steigers of hoogwerkers, indien hiervoor geïnstrueerd en bevoegd; - Het verwijderen en afvoeren van vrijgekomen puin en materiaal; - Assisteren bij het reinigen van gevels (bijv. met hogedruk of chemisch); - Onderhouden van gereedschap en machines (zoals hakhamers en slijptollen); - Het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden volgens de geldende veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften en gebruik van PBM's. Functie-eisen - Ervaring in gevelrenovatie, voegwerk, bouw of sloopwerk is een pré; - Ervaring met het werken met elektrisch handgereedschap is gewenst; - In bezit van een Vca-certificaat of bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen; - Rijbewijs B vereist; rijbewijs BE een pré.
