FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij technisch handig en werk je graag in een productieomgeving waar precisie en kwaliteit centraal staan? Voor onze verspaanderij/slijperij zoeken we een Productiemedewerker die mee zorgt voor optimaal scherpe messen en een vlot productieproces.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt verspaanmachines correct in en bedient ze volgens de productie- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je monteert en demonteert messen of de messencarrousel.
  • Je voert slijpwerk uit aan messen op verspaanmachines, de hakker en de breker met behulp van de slijpbank.
  • Je voert visuele en fysieke controles uit om de kwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Je registreert nauwkeurig afwijkingen, stilstanden en kwaliteitsopmerkingen.
  • Je staat in voor diverse onderhoudstaken, zoals het schoonmaken van de slijpbank, het ledigen van bakken en het onderhouden van de zeef.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in metaalbewerking, of je wilt je hierin verder ontwikkelen.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af en je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail bij het controleren van producten.
  • Je kan afwijkingen en kwaliteitsproblemen correct registreren.
  • Je bent bereid om diverse kuistaken uit te voeren.
  • Werken in een 6-ploegensysteem vormt voor jou geen probleem.
