- Rotterdam - MBO Voor één van onze opdrachtgevers zijn wij op zoek naar een volmatroos of stuurman met geldig dienstboek voor werkzaamheden op een sleepboot in de haven van Rotterdam. Als volmatroos of stuurman ben je dagelijks betrokken bij verschillende havenwerkzaamheden. Je werkt samen met een ervaren kapitein en ondersteunt bij het slepen en assisteren van transporten, bokken en ander materieel. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Slepen en assisteren bij verschillende transporten - Werken met bokken en ander materieel - Assisteren bij het vast- en losmaken van sleepdraden en trossen - Manoeuvreren en ondersteunen tijdens diverse havenwerkzaamheden - Uitvoeren van onderhoud en algemene werkzaamheden aan boord - Meewerken aan een veilige en nette uitvoering van de werkzaamheden Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren kapitein, waardoor je veel kunt leren en jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen binnen de sleepvaart en het havenwerk. Werken in dagdienst Je werkt 40 uur per week in dagdienst in de Rotterdamse haven. Hierdoor ben je iedere avond thuis. Functie-eisen - Geldig dienstboek - Interesse in sleepvaart en havenwerk - Veilig en verantwoordelijk kunnen werken - Praktisch ingesteld en bereid om de handen uit de mouwen te steken - Goed kunnen samenwerken - Geldig rijbewijs B - Eigen vervoer om zelfstandig op de werklocatie te komen Ervaring met sleepboten of havenwerk is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie en de juiste instelling vinden wij minstens zo belangrijk. Vaargebied / werklocatie De werkzaamheden vinden voornamelijk plaats in de Rotterdamse haven. Wij bieden - Fulltime werk voor 40 uur per week - Dagdienst, waardoor je iedere avond thuis bent - Afwisselend werk op een sleepboot - Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de sleepvaart en het havenwerk - Overuren tegen 150% - Zaterdaguren tegen 150% - Zondaguren tegen 200% - Werk bij een betrouwbare opdrachtgever - Professionele begeleiding - Salaris...
