Inhoudelijk Volt zoekt leden voor de Lokale Kandidatencommissie (Kancie). Ben jij een betrokken Volter en wil jij er voor zorgen dat Volt ook in onze regio sterk wordt vertegenwoordigd? Solliciteer dan nu voor de lokale Kancie en help Volt Limburg met de volgende stappen om mee te doen aan de verkiezingen! Wat is en doet een Kancie? De Kancie van onze afdeling Volt Limburg bestaat momenteel al uit een aantal ervaren leden. Dit is een belangrijk orgaan dat het bestuur en de leden van de afdeling adviseert over de geschiktheid van kandidaten voor belangrijke functies binnen Volt Limburg én over kandidaten voor de diverse functies bij verkiezingen. Als lid van de Kancie word je aangesteld voor een periode van 4 jaar. Verkiezingen van de leden van de commissie vinden elke twee jaar plaats, waarbij telkens een deel van de leden aftredend is. Het bestuur kan een aanbeveling doen. Voor alle kandidaten geldt dat je: - de waarden van Volt onderschrijft evenals het lokale, nationale en Europese beleidsprogramma van Volt; wij zijn Europees, grassroots, democratisch en inclusief - minimaal 3 maanden lid bent van Volt - beschikbaar bent voorafgaande aan de verkiezingsperiodes zijn (In de weken waarin de selecties plaatsvinden gaat het om 8 uur per week, flexibel planbaar) - geen functie bekleed die niet verenigbaar is met deelname aan de Kancie, zoals het bestuur of kandidaatschap Wat ga je doen? - de selectieprocedure van de kandidatenlijst opzetten met behulp van de nationale Kancie - op professionele wijze sollicitatiegesprekken voeren - kandidaten selecteren en voordragen aan de leden (via het bestuur) - de zorgvuldigheid van de procedure bewaken - achteraf verantwoording over het proces afleggen Wij zoeken Volt-leden die: - bij voorkeur ervaring hebben met HRM of selectieprocedures (niet vereist) - een aantoonbaar goed beoordelingsvermogen hebben - beschikken over een motiverende en heldere stijl van (zowel mondeling als schri...
