Voor onze klant in Zaventem – een innovatief medisch technologiebedrijf in het bruisende Corporate Village – zoeken we een hospitality professional die met enthousiasme en professionaliteit de receptie én de bijhorende taken in goede banen leidt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als eerste aanspreekpunt zorg je voor een warm onthaal en een vlot verloop van de dagelijkse receptieactiviteiten. Jouw taken zijn gevarieerd en bieden veel afwisseling:

  • Dynamisch en professioneel onthaal van bezoekers
  • Aanmaken van bezoekersbadges & inschrijvingen registreren
  • Telefonisch en mailverkeer beheren
  • Verdeling van fysieke en digitale post, pakjes & shipments (incl. FedEx & aangetekende zendingen)
  • Factuurscanning en verwerking in SAP (PO’s aanmaken, opvolgen, klanten aanmaken, …)
  • Boeken en klaarzetten van vergaderruimtes
  • Beheer van kantoormateriaal, sleutels, standaard bestellingen & ontvangst goederen
  • Ondersteuning IT (materiaalbeheer)
  • Boeken van taxi’s, lunches, bloemen, restaurants
  • Cateringbeheer en ondersteuning bij events
  • Opvolging receptiehandleiding & loggen van tickets
  • Veiligheidsverantwoordelijkheid bij evacuatie
  • Parkingbeheer voor bezoekers
  • Toezicht op netheid van receptie, printerruimte, vergaderzalen en keuken
  • Algemeen aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en bezoekers

Uurrooster

maandag van 8.30u tot 17u met een half uur middagpauze

dinsdag van 8.15u tot 17u met een half uur middagpauze

woensdag van 8.15u tot 17u met een half uur middagpauze

donderdag van 8.15u tot 17u met een half uur middagpauze

vrijdag van 8.15u tot 16u met een half uur middagpauze

Een werkweek van 40 uur, wat betekent dat je – naast je wettelijke vakantiedagen – ook geniet van 12 extra ADV-dagen per jaar
