Woonzorgcentrum De Overbron is op zoek naar een voltijdse hoofdverpleegkundige voor ons Nederlandstalig, kleinschalig, betaalbaar en familiaal woonzorgcentrum voor ouderen. De Overbron is gelegen aan de rand van Vlaams-Brabant, in Neder-Over-Heembeek, grenzend aan Vilvoorde en Grimbergen. We zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. We hebben een RVT- en een ROB-erkenning.

Profiel

Je bent als diensthoofd van een multidisciplinair zorgteam mee verantwoordelijk voor een kwaliteitsvolle zorg-, werk- en woonorganisatie.

  • Je hebt Zin in Zorg, en vooral Zin in Zorg voor ouderen!
  • Je staat in voor het coachen en begeleiden van je medewerkers en durft en wilt verantwoordelijkheid nemen.
  • Je werkt gericht samen met de verpleegkundigen, om de missie van ons woonzorgcentrum te realiseren.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een huiselijke omgeving en “afgestemde zorg”: je gaat samen met de bewoner, zijn familie en je teamleden op zoek naar een individueel zorgmodel dat nauw aansluit bij de verwachtingen en noden van de bewoner.
  • Je bent niet alleen gefocust op zorg, maar hebt evenveel oog voor de aspecten ‘wonen’ en ‘leven’.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de directie.

Het is onze uitdrukkelijke doelstelling dat onze bewoners niet alleen kwaliteitsvolle zorg krijgen, maar bovendien gelukkig kunnen zijn in De Overbron. De functie van hoofdverpleegkundige is daarin cruciaal. We zoeken iemand die graag met ouderen samenwerkt. We zoeken een verpleegkundige die zijn of haar job met liefde vervult.

We werken bewust met een ruime personeelsploeg. We hebben een zorgteam dat ruim boven de Vlaamse norm zit. Om onze bewoners gelukkig willen we investeren in kwaliteit. Gelukkig personeel zorgt ook voor gelukkige ouderen. Iedereen is welkom bij ons en wordt in zijn of haar eigenheid gerespecteerd, bewoners én personeel.

Wij zijn géén commercieel centrum. We zitten gemiddeld ruim onder de dagprijs van andere woonzorgcentra. Alle middelen gaan naar de ondersteuning van onze bewoners en investeringen in personeel en infrastructuur. We kijken met interesse uit naar je kandidatuur en zullen jou met open armen ontvangen.
