The posting

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ICT-medewerker voor de maand oktober.

Als ICT-medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle technische en praktische ICT-vragen van leerkrachten, administratief personeel en leerlingen. Je biedt direct support bij acute problemen in de klaslokalen (zoals beamers, geluid, Wifi en Chromebooks) en ondersteunt het personeel met inlog-, netwerk- en printerproblemen. Daarnaast beheer je logins, installeer je software, vervang je defecte hardware en voer je administratieve ICT-taken uit via Google Admin en de Smartschool-helpdesk. Naast je IT-taken breng je de fysieke bewegwijzering op ons schooldomein en in de gebouwen in kaart, evalueer je deze en werk je een voorstel uit zodat bezoekers en nieuwe personen zich vlot kunnen oriënteren.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat de digitale én praktische ondersteuning van onze school dagelijks goed verloopt.

Je bent iemand die:

  • goed samenwerkt binnen een team;
  • vlot en correct communiceert met collega's en jongeren;
  • oplossingsgericht aan de slag kan gaan;
  • flexibel is;
  • gestructureerd werkt;
  • ervaring heeft met schoolplatformen zoals Smartschool;
  • een basiskennis heeft van printerbeheer en systeem- en gebruikersbeheer.
