The posting

Eligio is de marktleider in België op vlak van outsourcing van receptie en officediensten. Onze 400 medewerkers werken in vast dienstverband. Zij zijn dagelijks met veel enthousiasme aan de slag bij onze klanten, (middel)grote bedrijven verspreid over heel België en actief in diverse sectoren.

Voor één van onze klanten in Machelen - een bedrijf dat actief is in de medische sector - zoeken we een collega die de receptie op een professionele manier kan organiseren. In deze functie ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van allround administratieve taken:

  • beheer van de telefonische communicaties
  • onthaal van de bezoekers
  • beheer van de post in & out
  • beheer van de meeting rooms
  • ondersteunende administratieve taken: controle van facturen en bestelbonnen, boeken van travel (hotel, vluchten, treinreizen,...), bestellen van kantoormateriaal, coördineren van de organisatie van meetings
  • ondersteuning van de Facility afdeling: opvolgen van gebouwgerelateerde vragen, samen met de Facility manager en de aangestelde leveranciers, aanmaken van PO nummers

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 8u tot 16u met een half uur pauze.

We zoeken een nieuwe collega die volgende competenties heeft:

  • goed drietalig Nederlands/Engels/Frans
  • vlotte omgang met de courante MS Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel
