The posting

Beschik je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en wil je bezoekers en medewerkers zo optimaal mogelijk te woord te staan en verder te helpen? Dan ben jij de nieuwe collega die we zoeken.

Voor onze klant in hartje Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een voltijdse receptioniste(e). Jouw taken zien er als volgt uit:

  • Planning van de zalen opmaken, beheren en opvolgen
  • Klanten ontvangen en hen wegwijs maken
  • Planning van de collega's opmaken en tijdig uitsturen
  • Collega's ondersteunen, informeren en verder helpen
  • Opvolging en administratie via Excel
  • Administratieve ondersteuning waar mogelijk
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk klantencontact via telefoon en e-mail

Je werkt 38u per week (7,6u/dag): van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08u00 tot 16u00, met 24 minuten pauze

We zoeken een collega die over volgende eigenschappen beschikt:

  • Een zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing hebben van Nederlands en Frans
  • Een goede kennis hebben van Engels
  • Blijk geven van discretie, initiatief en zelfstandigheid
  • Blijk geven van een goed leervermogen
  • Goed georganiseerd zijn en nauwgezet werken
  • Blijk geven van efficiëntie en flexibiliteit bij het uitvoeren van de prestaties
  • Verzorgd en professioneel voorkomen
  • Klant- en resultaatgericht zijn
