The posting

Beschik je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, is het je passie om bezoekers en medewerkers zo optimaal mogelijk te woord te staan en verder te helpen en houd je van een flinke dosis administratieve taken, dan ben jij de nieuwe collega die we zoeken.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte gang van zaken aan de receptie. Jouw taken zien er als volgt uit:

-Onthaal en verwelkoming van bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers

-Beheer van bezoekersbadges

-Begeleiden van bezoekers naar meeting rooms

-Zorgen voor een aangename en verzorgde omgeving (onthaal, vergaderruimtes, lobbyruimte)

-Coördineren van catering en facilitaire voorzieningen bij meetings of events

-Signaleren van en inspelen op noden van interne en externe gasten

-Actief bijdragen aan een klantgerichte en gastvrije cultuur

-Contact onderhouden met leveranciers (schoonmaak, catering, service desk, ….)

-Signaleren van technische en facilitaire problemen

Uurrooster:

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag, 40h per week in 3 verschillende shiften (wisselend uurrooster)

-7h tot 15.30h, met een half uur pauze

-8h tot 16.30h, met een half uur pauze

-10.30h tot 19h, met een half uur pauze

Eligio is de marktleider in België op vlak van outsoucing van receptie en officediensten. Onze 425 medewerkers werken in vast dienstverband. Zij zijn dagelijks met veel enthousiasme aan de slag bij onze klanten, (middel)grote bedrijven verspreid over heel België en actief in diverse sectoren.

We zoeken een collega die:

  • Vlot Nederlands en Frans spreekt en een goede kennis heeft van het Engels. Goed overweg kan met MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ervaring heeft in onthaal, hospitality of klantenservice (pluspunt). Communicatief, klantgericht en representatief is. Sterk is in organisatie, multitasking en probleemoplossing. Discreet, nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en flexibel is. Enthousiast, proactief en betrouwbaar is, met een echte teamspirit en hands-on mentaliteit.
