Functie

Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een voltijdse Ambulancier Dringende Hulpverlening & Niet-Dringend Patiëntenvervoer.

In deze combinatiefunctie draag je bij aan kwalitatieve prehospitale zorg binnen zowel de dringende hulpverlening (112) als het niet-dringend patiëntenvervoer. Je staat garant voor een patiëntgerichte en veilige dienstverlening, waarbij respect en samenwerking centraal staan.

Afhankelijk van de operationele planning word je ingezet binnen beide diensten, waardoor je een gevarieerd takenpakket combineert met een brede maatschappelijke meerwaarde.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verlenen van dringende medische hulpverlening binnen de 112-werking volgens de geldende richtlijnen en procedures.
  • Verzorgen van veilig en kwaliteitsvol niet-dringend patiëntenvervoer.
  • Correct inschatten van situaties en adequaat handelen binnen de eigen bevoegdheden.
  • Professioneel communiceren met patiënten, familieleden, collega's, dispatching en zorgpartners.
  • Zorgvuldig omgaan met voertuigen en medisch materiaal.
  • Uitvoeren van de nodige controles, onderhoudstaken en administratieve registraties.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een kwaliteitsvolle en collegiale werkomgeving.

Profiel

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die:

  • beschikt over een geldig brevet Dringende Hulpverlener-Ambulancier (DGH);
  • het beschikken van een visum NDPV is een pluspunt (geen vereiste);
  • in het bezit is van een rijbewijs B;
  • in het bezit van een bestuurderspas, of in de mogelijkheid om deze aan te vragen;
  • patiëntgericht, verantwoordelijk en professioneel handelt;
  • stressbestendig is en vlot prioriteiten kan stellen;
  • beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een collegiale ingesteldheid;
  • flexibel inzetbaar is binnen een variabel uurrooster;
  • zich kan vinden in een organisatie waar kwaliteit, betrokkenheid en respect centraal staan.
