The posting

Campus Ter Sterre is op zoek naar een enthousiaste leerkracht Leren Leren en Culturele Vorming voor een vervangingsopdracht van 12 oktober 2026 tot en met 23 oktober 2026, met kans op verlenging.

Je werkt met normaal- tot hoogbegaafde leerlingen met een autismespectrumstoornis binnen een warme en gespecialiseerde schoolomgeving. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team waar samenwerking, expertise en een leerlinggerichte aanpak centraal staan. Startende leerkrachten kunnen rekenen op een uitgebreide aanvangsbegeleiding en vakinhoudelijke ondersteuning.

Jouw opdracht

  • Je geeft lessen Leren Leren en Culturele Vorming aan leerlingen van de eerste graad.
  • Je begeleidt leerlingen bij het ontwikkelen van effectieve studievaardigheden en leerstrategieën.
  • Je neemt deel aan de wekelijkse klassenraden en werkt mee aan de opvolging van het individueel handelingsplan van leerlingen.
  • Je overlegt samen met de vakwerkgroep over de uitwerking en inhoud van het vak Leren Leren.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan toezichten en andere schoolactiviteiten.

Wat houdt het vak Leren Leren in?

Binnen het vak werken we met de WATHOE-methode, waarbij leerlingen stap voor stap een duurzame en persoonlijke studiemethode ontwikkelen. De lessen zijn opgebouwd rond drie pijlers:

  • Studietechnieken en studievaardigheden: leerlingen leren grotere leerstofgehelen verwerken en structureren.
  • Planning en organisatie: leerlingen leren zelfstandig een haalbare examen- en studieplanning opstellen.
  • Studiekeuzebegeleiding: leerlingen ontdekken hun talenten en interesses en leren bewuste keuzes maken voor hun verdere schoolloopbaan.

In de derde graad evolueert het vak naar een begeleide studie waarbij de aangeleerde technieken verder worden toegepast onder begeleiding van de klasbegeleider en klastitularis.
