Voor een gerenommeerd carrosseriebedrijf in de regio Brasschaat zijn wij op zoek naar een Spuiter-Voorbereider Carrosserie. Je komt terecht in een professionele werkomgeving waar vakmanschap en kwaliteit vooropstaan.

Als Spuiter-Voorbereider ben je een cruciale schakel in het schadeherstelproces. Je bereidt voertuigen voor op de lakfase en zorgt ervoor dat alle vervolgprocessen vlot kunnen verlopen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Spuiter-Voorbereider Carrosserie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden van voertuigen voor de eindafwerking. Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en zorgt ervoor dat elk voertuig perfect wordt voorbereid voor de lakfase. Jouw expertise zorgt voor een vlot verloop van het gehele herstelproces.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Werkvoorbereiding: Bepalen van de benodigde werkzaamheden op basis van herstelorders en technische aanwijzingen
  • Oppervlaktebehandeling: Voorbehandelen van oppervlakken ter voorbereiding op het lakproces
  • Grondlagen & plamuren: Aanbrengen van grondlagen en vakkundig plamuren van beschadigde oppervlakken
  • Schuurwerk: Uitvoeren van nauwkeurig schuurwerk om een perfect gladde ondergrond te creëren
  • Maskeerwerk: Professioneel maskeren en afplakken van voertuigen voor het spuitproces
  • Voorbereiding eindlak: Voorbereiden van wagens voor het aanbrengen van de definitieve laklaag
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Waarborgen dat alle voorbereidingswerkzaamheden voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen

Jouw opleiding en vaardigheden

  • Je hebt een opleiding carrosseriewerk of lakspuiter gevolgd (TSO/BSO of gelijkwaardig), OF
  • Je beschikt over minimaal enkele jaren relevante werkervaring in de carrosseriesector
  • Ervaring met voorbereidingswerkzaamheden en lakprocessen is een sterke troef
  • Je bent een allrounder die uitstekend kan werken met verschillende automerken
  • Je beheerst de technieken van plamuren, schuren en voorbehandelen
  • Kennis van moderne lakprocessen en materialen
  • Vaardig in het gebruik van professionele gereedschappen en apparatuur
