Voor de functie senior werkvoorbereider zoekt Du Prie bouw & ontwikkeling een enthousiaste kandidaat met relevante ervaring. Wat ga jij doen? Of het nou gaat om offertevergelijk of tekeningcontrole: onnauwkeurigheden, hoe klein ook, jij haalt ze eruit. Jij beschikt over een bijzonder oog voor detail en kunt hier op alle gewenste niveaus over communiceren. Je onderhoudt contact met bedrijfsleider en uitvoerders, maar ook met onderaannemers en leveranciers. De technische en organisatorische begeleiding van onze bijzondere bouwprojecten behoort tot jouw kerntaken. De functie is fulltime (40 uur per week). Wij vragen Wat we van jou verwachten Je beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als werkvoorbereider en beschikt over een afgeronde bouw-kundige opleiding (HTS) en/of werk- en denkniveau. Je bent iemand die zelfstandig en accuraat zijn/haar werk uitvoert maar onderdeel wil zijn van een hecht team. Je bent leergierig en hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Je bent toegankelijk en weet hoe je ons bedrijf goed kunt vertegenwoordigen. Je kunt goed samenwerken met je collega's, houdt van een lolletje maar weet ook wanneer er hard gewerkt moet worden.
