Je start als voorbereider carrosserie, maar groeit op jouw tempo door naar een volwaardige rol als carrossier. Hier werk je elke dag met premium merken, in een klein en hecht team, én met zicht op een vast contract.

Functieomschrijving Je komt terecht in een moderne werkplaats waar kwaliteit centraal staat. Als voorbereider carrosserie zorg jij dat elk voertuig perfect klaar is voor het echte herstelwerk. Je schuurt onderdelen netjes op, brengt plamuur aan waar nodig en zet alles strak in grondverf. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren carrossiers die je graag begeleiden.

Zie je het zitten om meer te leren? Dan krijg je daar alle kansen voor. Stap voor stap groei je in jouw vak en neem je meer verantwoordelijkheden op.

Elke dag is anders: het ene moment werk je aan kleine herstellingen, dan weer aan uitdagende projecten op luxe voertuigen. Je merkt meteen dat samenwerking hier key is: collega’s ondersteunen elkaar en delen hun kennis.
